My PR career which spans over 25 years, has offered me opportunities to work with and champion some very talented women. In both agency and in-house roles, I have thrived on witnessing some of the best become even better. Today as director of an independent consultancy which tailors teams for clients by bringing in only senior media relations and social media consultants, I am looking forward to influencing the debate around women’s position within the industry.

To my younger self I would say…

“Be brave. Don’t be afraid to make a change. Seize opportunities quickly – to grow and thrive. And know that you are capable of infinitely more than you are doing today.”
