I am passionate about improving gender equality in our industry. In my four years as Golin MD, I have introduced returnships, flexible working and mentoring with the result that Golin is the only large agency with a reverse gender pay gap in favour of women. I work a 4 day week and am proud to have been included on Management Today’s Part-Time Power List in 2017 and recognised as one of the 14 most influential women in communications by PR Week.

To my younger self I would say….
