We’re on the lookout for new committee members in 2025. We’ve got six open roles, across a number of our teams. We’re looking for some talented, UK-based, women to join us who can bring energy and commitment to helping us carry out the work we do on behalf of all our members.
Our mandate at WiPR is to increase the number and diversity of women in senior leadership roles and to dismantle the blocks and barriers that get in the way. Creating an inclusive environment where every woman in this industry feels they can belong and can have a voice is central to that mission.

If you would like to put yourself forward to join our busy, passionate and friendly WiPR team of volunteers, then please do consider nominating yourself. All roles have a two year tenure.
If you know someone who currently isn’t a member but who could really add value to our work, do please encourage them to put themselves forward and join as a member.

In addition to being a member of WiPR (or willing to become one), nominees will need to provide their name, job title, company name and we will also ask for voluntary disclosure of diversity data.
We look for a wide range of different voices and lived experiences to make sure our committee is reflective of the entire women in PR community.

Applications are open from now until 12th January 2025. Once we have all applications, we will ask our members to vote. We’ll let you know when the voting opens. Our successful applicants will be announced at our AGM at the end of January.
