Women in PR has partnered with Anji McGrandles of The Mind Tribe for a 90 minute strategies-based online workshop to help navigate periods of change and pressure, personally and professionally. This interactive session will include practical ways to adapt to change, mindset techniques to bring your A Game through proactively managing stress and tips to look after your wellbeing.

This workshop will equip you with tools to avoid burnout, mind your mind and thrive rather than survive.

Anji is a mental wellbeing expert and coach, working with businesses, brands and individuals on their wellbeing strategies, goals and training. She set up her company, The Mind Tribe after working in the PR industry, her knowledge of corporate environments has helped inform her mentoring skills and training workshops.

Her programmes are built around providing clients with accessible, practical tools, neuro hacks and mindset techniques to problem proof their day.

The Mind Tribe has worked with clients such as McDonald’s, Barclays Bank, Boston Consulting Group, Cancer Research UK and TopGolf. PR clients include Huntsworth Group, WPP, Nexus PR, McCann and Greenhouse.

Anji is committed to helping individuals change their life and mindset through teaching healthy practices and creating a personal action plan for long term resilience and confidence. She regularly speaks at private and corporate events.

As their Wellness Editor, Anji has been invited to global destinations to write for her wellbeing column in luxury lifestyle publication House of Coco. She also regularly contributes to media and has featured in Cosmopolitan, The Telegraph, Stylist, GB News, Times Radio, The Sun and Mail. Anji has been a brand ambassador for PR campaigns for THE OUT and Fitbit.
