While the workplace has changed beyond recognition in 2020 due to COVID, toxic environments and cultural bias are alive and kicking and we explore these topics in more detail at our next event.

A panel of revered industry professionals, chaired by Anna Geffert, WPR and Founder of Hera Communication Strategies, will come together to discuss some of the most emotive issues at play in both agency and in-house settings. Racism, sexism, ageism, cliques, favouritism, nepotism and social class bias are likely to make an appearance on the day, together with the perceived lack of allyship in the industry.

The event will also see the launch of a WPR survey, with Opinium, intended to get under the skin of toxic workplaces and behaviours.
