About this Event
We’ll be speaking to people at the centre of crisis communications during the pandemic – learning about the work they’ve been doing, the impact it’s had on them professionally and personally, how they’ve demonstrated leadership and how they’ve coped.
Episode 1
To kick off our virtual series, we’ll be joined by Alex Aiken (Executive Director of UK Government Communications); Claire Pimm (Director for the UK Government COVID-19 Communications Cell) and Cheryl King-McDowall (Deputy Director of Professional Standards for GCS and Cabinet Office Communications).
Together, they’ll talk about their experiences over the last few months, how they’ve delivered in a time of crisis, kept up momentum and resilience and developed and led teams remotely.
